Since 1997, Jennifer Godby has
served as church treasurer. She
and her husband Greg have
been married for 19 years. They
are the parents of Kristen and
Morgan.
In addition to serving as church
treasurer, Jennifer is also the
Junior High Sunday school
teacher.
During the summer months, the
Godbys enjoy going camping.
Mike Helber has been in charge of
church maintenance since 2004.
In his spare time, he enjoys
golfing, sports and family
vacations.
Mike and his wife Gayla have been
married for 14 years. Their family
includes Mike's daughter Chrissy
and Gayla's son Kelsy and his wife
Jennifer.
They have three grandchildren,
Jayden, Jaelyn and Malaina.
Karen Westenbarger has been the
church secretary since 2004. She
and her husband Chuck married
since 1973 are the parents of Phil,
who recently graduated from
Cedarville University. Phil and his
wife Shawna live in Louisville,
Kentucky where Phil is in his first
year of seminary.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys
gardening.

Rev. Steve Hubbard has been Pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church since 2002.
He holds a bachelors degree from Cedarville University in Marketing and minors
in Political Science and Bible. He is currently continuing his education at
Andersonville Theological Seminary, working toward a Master of Divinity and
Doctorate of Ministry.

Prior to coming to Ebenezer Baptist Church, he was the Associate Pastor at Grand Stand Baptist Church,
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina from 1990 to 2002. Areas of responsibility included, youth, education, ministry
coordination and all pastoral responsibilities in senior pastor's absence as well as family and marital
counseling. He also organized community evangelism campaigns and worked on the statewide Jesus Video
Project. Pastor Steve was an instructor at the Advanced Bible Institute at Grand Strand Baptist Church,
offering theological, biblical training and education.
Pastor Steve and his wife Catrina recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. They are the parents of
Caleb, Cheryse, Lauren and Danielle.
Did you know?...
Pastor Steve was born in Florida.
In 1983 he was elected to fill an un-expired term as City Councilman in Cedarville, Ohio.
In 1988 Pastor Steve co-founded and was Vice President of Tentmaking For Christ International, Lakeland,
Florida. This ministry is devoted to providing practical support with construction and maintenance teams to
overseas missions. The ministry has completed over 100 projects internationally. Pastor Steve personally
ministered and led teams in Jamaica, Peru, Venezuela, Chile, Mexico, France, Ukraine and Guatemala.
Pastor Steve has been on over 15 mission trips.
Pastor Steve's favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5,6.

In 1980, our church began looking into the possibility of expanding our facilities. Over the past 28 years, this committee has worked diligently to prepare our church for the current construction process.
