| May 21 - June 1 Wall erection; truss erection and decking; start electical May 24 - June 7: Dry-in all segments of building; complete all mechanical rooms; major electrical rough-in; drywall ceilings; start plumbing June 7 - June 14 Roofing shingles & Flashings; HVAC ductwork, set air-handlers; electrical rough-in; rough-in plumbing June 14 - June 23 Complete ductwork, substantially; complete roofing; complete building dry-in; secure plumbing rough-in inspection June 21 - June 27 Secure electrical rough-in inspection; secure HVAC rough-in inspection; secure plumbing inspection; secure full framing inspection; insulate exterior walls; install windows June 28 - July 7 Continue fire alarm system contract; resolve all issues; complete previous tasks; prepare for masonry; continue electrical & HVAC July 7 - July 14 Install block and stone; complete insulation; hang drywall; install siding and exterior trim; complete soffits and eave trim; set aluminum sash July 12 - July 19 Complete framing for drywall; complete framing at Sanctuary building; complete drywall at Education and Office; complete all the exterior for painting; complete hanging of drywall July 21 - July 28 Complete drywall finishing; begin painting in Educational; Drywall Sanctuary; begin trim out of interior; caulk and paint exterior July 28 - August 6 Doors, frames and hardware; complete sanctuary platform; complete sanctuary for painting; interior aluminum and HM sash August 4 - August 11 Begin hard flooring; lay-in ceilings; complete exterior painting; continue electrical August 11 - August 18 Assemble cabinets; set cabinets and stain; complete electrical and panels; complete flooring at Educational; install lighting and HVAC in lay-in August 18 - August 25 Complete office area; complete exterior; completion of Educational areas August 27 - August 31 Complete the Educational Building; complete the Sanctuary Building September 3 - TBD Complete for full occupancy; complete exterior and site |
