  In January 2007, after several years of searching, praying and asking, the Ebenezer Baptist Church was given 61.9
acres of land adjacent to its current location.  Over 50 family members of the Hazelton family from all over the country  
donated their portions of the property. We are grateful to the many members of the Hazelton family for their donations.
We are also thankful for Attorney Ed Johnston of Logan, Ohio who donated hundreds of hours of legal work to assist the
church's acquisition of the property.  Construction has begun on phase one of a two phase construction project. Phase
one will be a facility that will include a sanctuary that will seat 300, office, nine Sunday school rooms and four offices.
